Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


We must acknowledge that during recent times postal services have somewhat been disturbed and unfortunately is out of control. We hope you can understand and ask that you give approx. /2- 4 days extra for your parcel to arrive. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within Oban Area from Soroba to Ganavan (around 2.3km). For local delivery orders out within the 2.3km area, there will be a selective fee applied for certain areas.

Deliveries are made from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM Mon-Fri.


We will contact you via text message and/or phone number which was provided to us at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 6 Albany Street Oban- Alba the Art Shop. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days.


We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 AM-4:00 PM on Mon-Fri. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will give an approx. arrival date for your parcel. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns Policy

We accept returns, if the item is unused and in its original condition, please get in contact with the store either directly by phone or by email to process a refund, or replacement.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
